Overview
EverHealth Scribe by CarePilot is an AI-powered documentation tool that works alongside your DrChrono system. It listens to your patient conversations and automatically creates clinical notes, saving you time and letting you focus on patient care instead of paperwork. This article will walk you through installing the Chrome extension.
Before You Begin
Before installing EverHealth Scribe, ensure you have:
- Join the interest list for EverHealth Scribe beta
- Google Chrome web browser installed on your computer
- An active DrChrono account with login credentials
Installing the Chrome Extension
Step 1: Download from Chrome Web Store
- Open Google Chrome and navigate to the Chrome Web Store
- Search for "EverHealth Scribe by CarePilot"
- Click "Add to Chrome" to install the extension
Step 2: Locate the Extension
Once installed, you will see the EverHealth Scribe icon 
in your browser's top-right toolbar.
If you don't see it immediately, click the puzzle piece icon 
to view all extensions and pin EverHealth Scribe for easy access.
First-Time Setup and Activation
Activating Your Account
This activation process only needs to be completed once per device.
- Navigate to DrChrono and launch the EverHealth app
- Click "Sign In" when prompted
- Check your email for a one-time verification code
- Enter the code and select "Remember this device" to avoid future prompts
- Click "Continue" to complete activation using Single Sign-On (SSO)
