⚡ Platform & Reliability
- Patient history: Fixed an issue that prevented patient history from loading for certain patients on iPad.
💳 Billing & Revenue Cycle
- Billing codes: Resolved an issue where a deleted billing code's flag could still appear next to the correct ICD code in the billing detail screen.
- Claims management: Resolved an issue where old, already-paid claims could continue to appear in the RCM task list.
- Eligibility checks: Fixed an issue where selecting Other or Declined to Specify for a patient's gender could cause eligibility check requests to fail.
- Patient statements: Fixed an issue that could cause a patient statement to regenerate and mail a duplicate copy.
- Fee schedules: Resolved a syncing issue that occurred when a fee schedule's assigned user was deleted.
- Transactions report: Fixed an issue where diagnosis pointers didn't appear correctly at the billing code line-item level in exported transaction reports.
- Insurance records: Resolved an error that prevented saving DME insurance information when entering an 11-character Medicare Beneficiary Identifier.
- Workers' comp claims: Fixed an issue where Box 4 on Texas Workers' Compensation claims showed the patient's name instead of their employer.
📅 Practice Operations
- Message permissions: Resolved an inconsistency between documented behavior and actual message visibility for practice group message permissions.
- No Show Predictor (known issue): We're aware that No Show Predictor is not currently generating predictions for new appointments. Our team is actively investigating and will release a fix as soon as it's safe to do so. We'll share an update once this is resolved.
🩺 Clinical
- Prescription renewals: Fixed an issue where a 5-digit zip code update wasn't recognized as a patient demographic change during Rx renewal.
- Lab and referral orders: Resolved address validation errors caused by inconsistent ordering provider data.
