If you are logged out or locked out of DrChrono and have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the DrChrono login page. Alternatively, you can create a support case to unlock your account.
Reset your forgotten password
- On the DrChrono login page, enter your username and select Continue.
- Select Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address and select Reset my password.
- Check your email for a password reset message from DrChrono. Open the email and select the link provided to reset your password
You're directed to a webpage to set your new password.
- Enter your new password and reenter it to confirm.
- Select Change my password.
Your password has been changed.
