To use DrChrono's telehealth feature, you must enable your camera so that you can join video visits.
First Video Visit Launch
When you start your first video visit, you will be asked to allow access to your browser and microphone. Click Allow and you will be ready for your video visit.
What to do if your video was previously disabled in your browser
If your camera had been previously disabled in your browser, click on Safari in the top left of Safari's toolbar and select Preferences.
For Video
Click on Websites on the top and then Camera on the left. Next, select Allow from the dropdown on the left next to the website.
For Sound
Click on Websites on the top and then Microphone on the left. Next, select Allow from the dropdown on the left next to the website.
Finally, refresh the browser and you'll be ready for video visits.
