iOS 27 Compatibility
- Compatibility notice: This app is not yet compatible iOS 27. To avoid potential crashes or unexpected issues, please do not update to iOS 27 until we release a compatible version. We're actively working on support and will notify you once it is available.
⚡ Platform & Reliability
- App stability: The EHR app now stays logged in when switching to landscape mode on iPhone. Previously, rotating to landscape would unexpectedly sign users out, interrupting their workflow.
- App security: Resolved an issue where an iPad app session could remain active after a staff member's access was revoked, which could prevent the provider from logging back in.
- Patient lookup: Your recent patients list now persists after the app is fully closed and reopened on both iPhone and iPad. Previously, force-closing the app cleared the recent patients list.
📅 Practice Operations
- Check-in: Fixed an issue where a patient's demographic information could be overwritten by another patient's information during kiosk check-in.
🩺 Clinical
- E-prescribing:
- Pediatric prescriptions can now be submitted even when a patient's height or weight is missing from the chart, removing an unnecessary blocking restriction.
- Resolved an issue where delegates on iPad could only save prescriptions as drafts and were unable to send them.
- The correct patient pharmacy now populates when a provider signs a draft prescription on iPhone. Previously, a different pharmacy could appear in the draft, overriding the patient's preferred pharmacy.
- Patient chart: Patient date of birth now displays correctly next to the patient name in the Appointment Details view on iPad. This information was missing following the v2026.6.0 update.
- Lab orders:
- The View Results option now displays correctly for Health Gorilla lab orders on iPad. Previously, the option was not visible even when lab results were available.
- A loading indicator now appears when opening an order requisition or lab results PDF on iPhone and iPad, so users can see that the document is loading rather than encountering an unresponsive screen.
- Macros: Fixed an issue where macros displaying vitals could show outdated values instead of updating in real time on the clinical note screen.
