See pending tasks at a glance from the schedule

Visual status indicators now appear on appointment cells in the mobile schedule view, showing you exactly which visits still have pending tasks — draft clinical notes and eRx drafts — so nothing falls through the cracks at the end of the day.

  • 🔔 Status indicators on appointment cells surface pending items that still need your attention — at a glance, from the schedule.
  • ⚡ A tappable shortcut navigates you directly to eRx Drafts and the Sign Note page, removing 7 navigation steps from the current flow.
  • 🔭 As EverHealth Scribe expands to generate lab and referral drafts, the same indicator framework will surface those pending items automatically.
Heads up
Status indicators are available to all DrChrono mobile providers — not limited to EverHealth Scribe users. Scribe users will see the most items surfaced as Scribe sends more draft types over time.

Billing code search now remembers your preferences automatically
Available now
Everyone iPhone iPad

The option to manually enable or disable billing code search caching has been removed. The app now automatically caches billing code searches, so your recently used codes are always available without any setup.

  • ⚙️ Billing code search results are cached automatically — no need to toggle a setting to enable this behavior.
  • ✅ Recent billing codes remain accessible as expected, without any action on your part.
No action required
If you previously had this setting disabled, your billing code search will now cache automatically as part of this update.
As part of this release, we are continuing our ongoing work to assess, monitor, and address any security vulnerabilities.
