About the new OnPatient portal experience
The redesigned OnPatient portal experience is currently in beta and available to select early-access users. This knowledge article may be updated as the portal experience evolves.
You can view and make payments toward payment plans in OnPatient.
Manage a payment plan
- Select Billing > Payment Plans.
Any active payment plan is listed.
- Select the down arrow on the left of the payment plan box.
The total balance, amount paid to date, remaining balance, and upcoming and past payments are listed.
- To make a payment, select Make Payment.
