Update Your OnPatient Account Details

Change your password | Update your cell phone number | Update your preferred name

You can edit your password, cell phone number, and preferred name in the Account section of Settings. 

Go to Account

Select Settings > Account.

Change your password

1. Select Edit in the Password row to open the Edit Password window.
2. Enter your new password, and then enter it again to confirm.
3. Select Save Changes.

Update your cell phone number

1. Select Edit in the Password row to open the Edit Cell Phone window.
2. Enter your password.
3. Enter your new phone number, and then enter it again to confirm.
4. Select Save Changes.

Your cell phone number is also updated in your patient chart in DrChrono.

Update your preferred name

1. Select Edit in the Preferred Name row to open the Edit Preferred Name window.
2. Enter the name you'd like to be called.
3. Select Save Changes.

Your preferred name is also updated in your patient chart in DrChrono.
