About the new OnPatient portal experience
The redesigned OnPatient portal experience is currently in beta and available to select early-access users. This knowledge article may be updated as the portal experience evolves.
The Care Team page lists all providers connected to your OnPatient account. If you start seeing a new provider who uses OnPatient, you can link that provider to your existing account instead of creating a new login.
Requirements
An activation code from your provider's OnPatient invitation (email or letter)
Link an additional provider
- Select Care Team.
- Select Link Provider.
- Enter the activation code from the invitation and select Next.
- Enter your date of birth and phone number or Social Security number to verify your identity and then select Confirm & Connect.
Once your identity is verified, the provider is added to your account and appears on the Care Team page.
