About the new OnPatient portal experience
The redesigned OnPatient portal experience is currently in beta and available to select early-access users. This knowledge article may be updated as the portal experience evolves.
Make a payment from the Dashboard | Make a payment from the Billing menu
OnPatient provides patients with an easy way to pay their patient statements.
Make a payment from the Dashboard
- Select Make Payment on the Recent Bill tile.
- If there is a payment method on file, you can select it from the Payment Method dropdown.
- If there is no payment method on file, you can add it by selecting Enter Single Payment Method. Enter the cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and the zip/postal code for the credit card.
- Select Make Payment.
Make a payment from the Billing menu
- Select Billing. The Statements page opens by default.
- Select Make Payment at the top right or Pay under Action next to the current statement.
- If there is a payment method on file, you can select it from the Payment Method dropdown.
- If there is no payment method on file, you can add it by selecting Enter Single Payment Method. Enter the cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and the zip/postal code for the credit card.
- Verify the payment amount and select Make Payment.
