Payment and Membership Plans in OnPatient

Payments toward a Payment or Membership Plan can be viewed and made in OnPatient.

1. Log in to the OnPatient Portal.
2. Select Billing from the menu on the left.

Payment Plans

1. Select Payment Plans.
   
   
2. Any active payment plan will be listed.
3. Press the down arrow on the left of the payment plan box.  The Total Balance, Amount Paid to Date, and the Remaining Balance are listed, as well as Upcoming and Past Payments. 
4. Payments can be made by pressing Make Payment on the right of the Payment Plan box.
   
   

Membership Plans

1. Select Membership Plans.
   
   
   
2. Any active membership plan will be listed.
3. Payments can be made by pressing Make Payment on the right of the Membership Plan box.
